• Dealing with consultants on H1B, GC ,OPT and CITIZEN etc.

• Familiar with the US job market 'Employment Definitions/ Terms' for example - Employer, 1099 Employee, W-2.

• Excellent knowledge in Contracts likes Corp-to-Corp (C2C), 1099 and W2 etc.

• Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.

• Matching the skills from resume to the requirement.

• Identify, screen and present top talent to clients.

• Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.

• Good level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, MS Word and Excel software. Familiarity with Internet navigation and on-line recruiting technology/tools.

• Ability to work on Requirements as a member of a team.

• Searching the candidate by skills on job portals (dice.com, monster.com, Career builder).

• Identify, screen and present top talent to clients.

• Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.

• Maintained the proper database by category.

• Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams and colleges.

• Punctual, Excellent follow-ups, Good Reporting, Good Understanding of requirements.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Managing full life cycle recruiting efforts for all levels of Information Technology professionals, supporting Financial Services, Capital Markets and Investment Banking Clients which serves all major industry segments in banking, capital markets and insurance.

Minimizing cost per hire by effectively sourcing for candidates via the internet, social networking, employee referrals and job boards.

Handled candidate management and follow up through on boarding process.

Strong expertise using Monster, Hot-jobs, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, along with a variety of

Applicant Tracking and Contact Management software packages.

Responsible for recruiting Financial/IT placements for both consulting and full time candidates with primary clients within the financial sector such as Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, GoldmanSachs, Nomura Securities, Barclays, JPMC and RBS etc.

Placed candidates on billing in the investment banking side of the banks, mainly recruited candidates with strong financial backgrounds in equity, capital markets, mortgage backed securities and fixed income.

Negotiated salaries, bonuses and benefit packages between candidates and hiring managers. Performed reference and background checks.

Handled candidate management and follow up through on boarding process.

Prepare weekly candidate pipeline status activity reports to recruiting leadership.
